Our company had dealt with Chief Security in the past for supporting our Security system requirements at our midsized business premises, so when our company decided to build a purpose built manufacturing plant, warehouse and head office, I knew it was time for a significant review of our security needs.

Moving from a basic system with only 6 sensors and standard monitoring, to one with over 50 sensors, reed switches and GPRS polling, tied to a centralized computer interface supporting proximity card access readers was an evolutionary change for our business.

During the installation process, the Chief team worked brilliantly with several other builders, contractors and project stakeholders that were all trying to complete their parts in the construction of our new business premises. The quality of their work was excellent. The staff that installed the system continually kept me appraised on their progress and always asked questions and sought approval prior to proceeding with a stage, ensuring that they met our expectations. Care and pride in ones work is something that is sorely absent in many contractors today, dealing with Mark and Chief Team illustrated that they value their customers opinion whilst setting a high standard of workmanship in their design and installation.

We now have a fully functional, scalable and dependable system which provides us with the ability to keep adding on new components as we grow and expand.
